Many Arvadans don't make enough money to comfortably pay rent or a mortgage, even while working a full-time job. Long-time residents are finding it difficult to stay in their homes or downsize affordably.
Neighborhood character, design, and quality are important to us all. As Arvada continues to grow, how will we blend the old with the new and re-purpose what needs re-imagining? We want to hear from you!
